A great answer to prayer. The agreement with the IEP (Peruvian Evangelical Church) is now signed. This makes the seminary that opens in April official for the denomination, makes us officially in ministry before the Peruvian government, which facilitates our visas and reception of donations. It also gives us more authority when dealing with strange teachings in the churches!
